Home Remodeling With Vintage Old and Modernized New

For Sarah and Jay Hutton from , Minnesota, United States, changing their old house, remodeling it and mixing the old and the new furniture's was a challenge.
However when they changed their home from a busy street to a lake side, they new what changes they wanted in the house. The house was previously occupied by friends as an apartment, and the Hutton's were ready to buy it at whatever price their friends would sell the house. They finally got the house in 2009, stayed in it for a year and then looked for a contractor who could understand their vision of a house, where they did not have to sell old vintage furniture and merge them with new modernized ones. They wanted to remodel the house such that no one can tell the difference.
Old Vintage furniture like mirrors and sofa's were remodeled and placed in strategic positions and new furniture's like cabinets and window fixtures molded in with the old ones.
